Absolutely! Fit2Play is designed for athletes of all levels. Foundational athletic movements benefit all kids, and programs are designed to meet their current technical and fitness level. We will provide frequent testing together with academy coaches to get insight in their individual needs
Fit2Play delivers three fully guided training sessions per week through a mobile app. Each session includes clear explanations, demo videos, and step-by-step instructions for a safe and effective workout. Parents also have access to additional educational material and a community forum for support, sharing progress, and asking questions.. Additional strength sessions are offered for extra training if desired.
