Who we are

Fit2Play is a home football training app for academy players aged 6 to 16, operated by FitResources, based in Dubai, UAE. Our website is fit2play.ae.

What we collect

When you join the Fit2Play waitlist, we collect:

• Your first name
• Your email address
• Whether you are a parent or an academy
• Your child's age (if you are a parent)

We do not collect any personal data about the child directly. We do not collect payment information, phone numbers, or location data at this stage.

Why we collect it

We collect this information solely to:

• Send you a notification when the Fit2Play app launches in September 2026
• Share your early-access offer and founding-member pricing
• Occasionally send relevant updates about the app before launch

We will not contact you for any other purpose without your consent.

How we store it

Your data is stored securely in GoHighLevel (GHL), our CRM platform. GHL is GDPR-compliant and stores data on servers within the EU. We do not store your data on our own servers.

Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for marketing purposes. The only parties with access to your data are:

• FitResources (the operator of Fit2Play)
• GoHighLevel (our CRM platform, for storage and email delivery only)

How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as you remain on our waitlist or as a Fit2Play subscriber. If you unsubscribe or request deletion, we will remove your data within 14 days.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of any inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data at any time
• Unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send

Cookies

Our waitlist page may use basic analytics cookies to understand how many people visit the page. We do not use advertising cookies or behavioural tracking cookies.

Children's data

We do not collect personal data directly from children. Parents provide their child's age as part of the waitlist signup, and this is used only to ensure the right age-group content is assigned when the app launches. No data about any individual child is stored or processed beyond this.
