About these terms

These terms apply to your use of the Fit2Play waitlist and, when it launches in September 2026, the Fit2Play app. Fit2Play is operated by FitResources, based in Dubai, UAE. By joining the waitlist or using the app, you agree to these terms.

The waitlist

Joining the Fit2Play waitlist means:

• You will receive an email when the app launches, along with your early-access offer
• Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the app, any specific pricing, or any specific launch date
• You can unsubscribe from the waitlist at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send you

The app

Fit2Play is a home football training app for academy players aged 6 to 16. When the app launches:

• Access to the app requires a paid subscription or active trial
• Subscription pricing will be confirmed at launch
• Founding members who joined the waitlist will receive a specific offer communicated by email
• Subscriptions are managed through Stripe and are subject to Stripe's payment terms

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Share your account login with others outside your household
• Reproduce, distribute, or resell any content from the Fit2Play app
• Use the app for any purpose other than personal football training and development

Content

All drills, videos, knowledge content, and mindset material within the Fit2Play app are the property of FitResources. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce this content without written permission.

Children

Fit2Play is designed for use by young players aged 6 to 16, under parental supervision. The app does not contain social features, chat, or any interaction between users. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising their child's use of the app.

Limitation of liability

Fit2Play provides general football training content for educational and development purposes. We are not responsible for any injury that may result from following drills or exercises in the app. All physical activity carries inherent risk and should be performed safely and within the player's physical capability.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify waitlist members by email. Continued use of the app after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
