Fit2Play is operated by FitResources FZE, a company registered in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect information when you visit fit2play.ae, subscribe to Fit2Play, contact us, receive access through a football academy, or use the Fit2Play mobile app.

1. Information provided by parents, subscribers and academy contacts

When you subscribe, contact us, complete a form or communicate with Fit2Play, we may collect information such as:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number, where provided
• Your football academy or organisation name, where relevant
• Your role within an academy, where relevant
• Subscription and billing information
• Messages and enquiries you send to us
• Technical information such as IP address, browser, device and website usage information

2. Player information and app activity

Fit2Play is designed to minimise the identifying information required from young players.

To provide training, learning, progress and app functionality, Fit2Play may process information associated with a player's access code or player record, including:

• Access code
• Age group
• Playing position
• Selected training days or training preferences
• Academy association, where access is provided through a participating academy
• Assigned sessions and session completion
• Exercise and training activity
• Article and football learning activity
• Quiz participation and results
• Test and challenge attempts and results
• Historical test and challenge results used to show personal progress
• Points, tiers and streaks
• Device push notification tokens
• Technical information required to operate and secure the app

Test and challenge results are personal to the player and are not displayed to other players.

3. No player chat or social networking

The app does not contain social features, chat, or any interaction between users.

Fit2Play may send one-way app notifications, training reminders or academy messages to a player. Players cannot reply to those messages, message other players or communicate with other users through Fit2Play.

4. How we use information

We may use information to:

• Provide and operate the Fit2Play website and mobile app
• Create and manage subscriptions and access
• Issue and manage Fit2Play access codes
• Provide age-appropriate training and football learning
• Assign and display player training sessions
• Record training, quiz, test and challenge activity
• Show players their own progress over time
• Operate points, tiers and streaks
• Send service notifications and training reminders
• Deliver one-way academy messages where applicable
• Respond to support requests and enquiries
• Manage payments, subscriptions, cancellations and billing records
• Protect Fit2Play against misuse, fraud and security threats
• Improve the reliability and operation of the service
• Meet applicable legal, regulatory and accounting requirements

5. Children and parental authorisation

Fit2Play is designed for young football players aged 6 to 18.

A parent or legal guardian must authorise the use of Fit2Play by a minor where required by applicable law and is responsible for supervising younger players as appropriate.

Where a football academy provides Fit2Play access to its players, the academy is responsible for ensuring that it has the appropriate authority or parental permissions required to provide that access.

Fit2Play does not use player information to create public profiles and does not use player activity for targeted advertising.

A parent or guardian may contact us at any time regarding a player's information or to request deletion or correction where applicable.

6. Payments and subscriptions

Fit2Play uses Stripe to process subscription payments.

FitResources FZE does not directly store full payment card numbers. Stripe processes payment information in accordance with its own privacy and security practices.

We may receive and retain information required to administer a subscription, such as:

• Subscription plan
• Payment status
• Transaction amount
• Billing and renewal dates
• Stripe customer or transaction identifiers
• Limited payment method information made available by Stripe

7. Service providers

We use third-party providers to operate Fit2Play. These may include:

• GoHighLevel for website forms, customer relationship management, email and customer communications
• Stripe for payment and subscription processing
• Supabase for database and application infrastructure
• Expo for mobile application infrastructure and push notification delivery
• Cloudflare Stream for video delivery
• YouTube / Google where video content is embedded or delivered through YouTube
• Website hosting, security and other technical providers required to operate the service

These providers may process information only as required to provide their respective services or in accordance with their own legal obligations.

Fit2Play does not sell or rent personal data to advertisers or other third parties.

8. International data processing

Some service providers used by Fit2Play may process or store information outside the United Arab Emirates.

Where information is processed internationally, we take reasonable steps to work with service providers that maintain appropriate privacy and security safeguards.

9. Data retention

We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including operating Fit2Play, providing subscriptions and player access, maintaining appropriate records, resolving disputes and meeting legal or accounting requirements.

Player activity and progress information may be retained while the player's Fit2Play access remains active so that personal progress and historical results can be displayed.

Information that is no longer required may be deleted, anonymised or retained where required by applicable law.

10. Data security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures intended to protect information against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, loss or misuse.

No mobile app, website, internet transmission or electronic storage system can guarantee complete security. We therefore cannot guarantee that information will always remain completely secure.

11. Marketing communications

Parents, subscribers and academy contacts may receive Fit2Play communications where they have requested them, where they relate to their subscription or enquiry, or where otherwise permitted by applicable law.

Marketing emails will include an unsubscribe option where required.

Fit2Play does not send direct marketing communications to player accounts based on their training, test or challenge activity.

12. Cookies and website technology

The Fit2Play website may use cookies and similar technologies required for website functionality, form operation, performance, security and limited website analytics.

You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect how parts of the website function.

Fit2Play does not use player app activity for behavioural advertising.

13. Your privacy rights

Under applicable UAE data protection law, you may have rights relating to personal information processed by Fit2Play, including the right to:

• Request information about personal data we process
• Request access to personal data where applicable
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
• Request deletion where applicable
• Request restriction of certain processing where applicable
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
• Object to certain uses of personal information where applicable

Parents and legal guardians may make appropriate privacy requests relating to a minor for whom they are responsible.

14. External services and links

Fit2Play may contain links to or content delivered by third-party services, including app stores and video platforms.

Those services operate under their own privacy policies and terms. FitResources FZE is not responsible for the privacy practices of independent third-party services.

15. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when Fit2Play features, service providers, data practices or legal requirements change.

The latest version will be published on this page with the updated effective date shown above.
