Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Fit2Play, including the Fit2Play website, mobile application, subscriptions, free trial and access provided through participating football academies.
Fit2Play is operated by FitResources FZE, a company registered in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.
By purchasing a subscription, activating Fit2Play access, using a free trial, allowing your child to use Fit2Play or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Fit2Play
Fit2Play is a football development app for young players aged 6 to 18.
The service may include football skills training, exercise demonstrations, football learning content, quizzes, tests, challenges, personal progress tracking, points, tiers, streaks, training reminders and other football development features.
Features, content and functionality may vary by age group, academy, subscription type or stage of product development.
2. Parent and guardian responsibility
Fit2Play is designed for minors as well as older teenage players.
A parent or legal guardian must authorise a minor's use of Fit2Play where required by applicable law.
By purchasing Fit2Play for a child or allowing a child to use the service, you confirm that you are the child's parent, legal guardian or otherwise authorised to provide that permission.
Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising younger players as appropriate and for determining whether the activities provided through Fit2Play are suitable for the player.
3. No player chat or social networking
The app does not contain social features, chat, or any interaction between users.
Fit2Play may send one-way app notifications, training reminders or academy messages to players.
Players cannot reply to those messages, message other players or communicate with other users through Fit2Play.
4. Fit2Play access codes
Fit2Play player access may be activated using an access code.
Access codes may be issued after a direct subscription purchase or provided through a participating football academy.
Access codes are intended for the player for whom they were issued. You must not sell, publish, distribute or make an access code available for unauthorised use.
We may disable, replace or restrict an access code where we reasonably believe that it has been shared, misused, compromised or used in breach of these Terms.
5. Monthly subscription
The Fit2Play monthly subscription is currently priced at AED 69 per month.
The monthly subscription automatically renews each month unless cancelled before the next renewal date.
By purchasing a monthly subscription, you authorise Stripe to charge the applicable subscription fee to your selected payment method on each renewal date until the subscription is cancelled.
6. Annual subscription
The Fit2Play annual subscription is currently priced at AED 599 for 12 months.
The annual subscription automatically renews for a further 12 month period unless cancelled before the next renewal date.
By purchasing an annual subscription, you authorise Stripe to charge the applicable annual subscription fee to your selected payment method on each renewal date until the subscription is cancelled.
7. Price changes
Fit2Play may change subscription prices in the future.
Any new price will apply in accordance with the notice provided to you and applicable law.
Where required, we will notify existing subscribers before a new recurring price applies to their subscription.
8. Payments
Subscription payments are processed by Stripe.
By purchasing a subscription, you agree to provide accurate payment and billing information and authorise the applicable recurring charges described at the time of purchase.
FitResources FZE does not directly store full payment card numbers.
Payment processing is subject to Stripe's applicable terms, privacy practices and payment infrastructure.
9. Cancellation
You may cancel a Fit2Play subscription at any time.
Cancellation prevents the subscription from renewing after the current paid subscription period.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, cancelling a subscription does not terminate access immediately. Paid access continues until the end of the current monthly or annual billing period.
Cancellation must be completed using the subscription management method made available to you or by contacting us at [email protected].
10. Refunds
Except where required by applicable UAE law, subscription fees already paid are non-refundable.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law, including rights relating to services that are defective, incomplete, materially misdescribed or otherwise fail to conform to applicable legal requirements.

11. Free trial
Fit2Play may provide a one week free trial.
Trial functionality and content may differ from the full paid Fit2Play subscription.
The Fit2Play free trial does not automatically create a paid subscription. A paid subscription begins only when a subscription is purchased.
We may limit free trials to one trial per player, household, device or other reasonable eligibility criteria in order to prevent misuse.
12. Academy access
Some players may receive Fit2Play access through a participating football academy.
Academy access may be subject to a separate agreement between FitResources FZE and the relevant academy.
The duration, content, academy branding and other features associated with academy access may vary according to that arrangement.
Access provided through an academy may end if the academy's agreement with Fit2Play ends, the player's eligibility ends, or the academy instructs Fit2Play to discontinue that access where permitted.
13. Training and physical activity
Fit2Play provides football training and educational content intended to support player development.
Football training and physical exercise involve inherent risks.
Players should:
- Train in a safe and suitable space
- Follow the exercise and safety instructions provided
- Use appropriate footwear and equipment where required
- Perform activities within their own ability and physical capability
- Stop an activity if they experience pain, dizziness, unusual discomfort or another concerning symptom
- Seek appropriate medical advice where there is a health concern, injury or uncertainty about participation
Parents and guardians should provide appropriate supervision for younger players.
Fit2Play content is not medical advice and is not a substitute for diagnosis, treatment or advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
14. Football development and results
Fit2Play provides training tools, educational content and structured activities intended to support football development.
Player development depends on many factors, including participation, effort, coaching, physical development, training environment and individual circumstances.
Fit2Play does not guarantee any particular improvement, sporting achievement, team selection, academy selection, professional opportunity or other football outcome.
15. Personal progress and results
Fit2Play may allow players to record test and challenge results and review their own results over time.
These results are designed as personal progress tools.
Test and challenge results are not displayed to other players and should not be interpreted as an official assessment, scouting evaluation or guarantee of football ability.
16. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Share, sell or distribute Fit2Play access codes without permission
- Use another player's access code without authorisation
- Copy, reproduce, republish or distribute Fit2Play content without permission
- Resell Fit2Play content or access
- Attempt to bypass subscription or access controls
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to Fit2Play systems, databases or infrastructure
- Interfere with the operation or security of the service
- Use automated systems to scrape, extract or systematically download Fit2Play content
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law
- Use Fit2Play for unlawful, abusive or fraudulent purposes
We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been materially breached.
17. Intellectual property
Fit2Play and its content are owned by or licensed to FitResources FZE.
This includes, where applicable, training programs, drills, exercise demonstrations, videos, articles, quizzes, tests, challenges, graphics, photographs, illustrations, designs, software, databases, branding, logos and other content made available through Fit2Play.
A valid Fit2Play subscription or access code gives the player a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose.
It does not transfer ownership of any Fit2Play intellectual property.
18. Third-party content and services
Fit2Play may use or connect to third-party services such as Stripe, app stores, video hosting platforms and other technology providers.
Third-party services may operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
FitResources FZE is not responsible for the independent operation of third-party platforms that are outside our reasonable control.
19. Availability of the service
We aim to keep Fit2Play available and functioning reliably, but continuous or uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.
The service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, technical problems, internet connectivity, third-party services or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We may update, improve, replace or discontinue individual features where reasonably necessary to operate and develop Fit2Play.
20. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access where:
- A subscription expires or is not successfully paid
- An academy-provided access arrangement ends
- An access code is being misused or shared without authorisation
- There is fraudulent or unlawful activity
- These Terms are materially breached
- Suspension is reasonably necessary to protect players, Fit2Play or its systems
Where reasonable and appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue before permanent termination.
21. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable UAE law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FitResources FZE is not liable for injury, loss or damage resulting from unsafe use of Fit2Play, failure to follow training instructions, activities undertaken beyond a player's physical capability, unauthorised use of an account or access code, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Fit2Play is provided as a football training and educational service and does not guarantee a particular sporting or performance result.
22. Privacy
Our collection and use of information is explained in the Fit2Play Privacy Policy.
By using Fit2Play, you acknowledge that information will be processed as described in that Privacy Policy.
23. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to Fit2Play, subscriptions, technology, legal requirements or our business operations.
The latest version will be published on this page with the updated effective date.
Where a change materially affects an active subscription or your legal rights, we will provide notice where required by applicable law.
24. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any dispute relating to Fit2Play or these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
